Membership Levels

Our congregation relies on the generosity of each of our members to ensure Jewish community and learning, inspiring services, pastoral care, resources for life cycle events, and continued programming of the highest level.  We ask those who can make a minimum contribution at our sustaining membership level of $2,800, which is approximately two thirds of our operating cost per membership household.   We also ask that you please consider joining at a $3,600 or higher level.   Please know that our congregation has no minimum membership amount and finances should never limit whether you choose to join the AJC.

Membership Renewal

We are privileged to be made up of committed, involved, and passionate membership, and the strength of our community relies on our members’ ongoing participation. Through membership to Aspen Jewish Congregation, congregants demonstrate their commitment to our community,  and to progressive Jewish values in the world. Once a membership commitment is made the congregation will bill members annually based on their date of last gift. Please note that, unless specifically arranged, installment plans do carry over from year to year.

What if I do not want to renew my membership?

While we wish all members could remain active in our community, we understand that circumstances change, and sometimes, our members decide to not renew their membership.  Please communicate with us if you intend to resign your membership by contacting Jason Schnissel by email or (970) 925-8245.
