Teen Havdalah and BBYO Chapter Launch
November 14 @ 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm MST
Our teen Shabbat gathering is moving from Friday night to Saturday evening this year, and we’re marking it with something new: the launch of AJC’s BBYO chapter, right here in the Roaring Fork Valley. Join us for Havdalah, the short, musical ritual of braided candle, spices, and blessings that marks the end of Shabbat, plus dinner and a chance to meet other Jewish teens from across the valley.
BBYO connects Jewish teens in grades 8 to 12 through friendship, leadership, and programs planned by teens, for teens. Rides from Basalt and Carbondale available on request.
