Program Update | April 23, 2021

We are delighted to share that effective immediately, the temple has fully opened for in-person programming. As always, the discussions among our staff, board, and Reopening Task Force have been guided by Pikuach Nefesh (saving life and preserving health and safety) as our highest value. Now, given widespread vaccination and low case load, as well as national and local guidelines, we are excited to not only continue outdoor services and programming but also add indoor services and programs to our schedule. This means:

  • We will be alternating indoor and outdoor Shabbat services on a weekly basis.
  • For outdoor services and programs, we encourage you to use your comfort level and best judgment regarding taking personal precautions such as masking and distancing. All are welcome. In case of inclement weather, services will be held indoors.
  • For indoor services and programs, proof of vaccination will be required for all those in eligible categories. Those who are not in eligible categories will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the program. Chairs will be arranged to allow for distancing for those who wish. Pre-registration will also be required.
  •  All Shabbat and holiday services will be concurrently streamed.
  • Oneg will be held outdoors, weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, Oneg will be held indoors.
  • All family programs will be held outdoors, weather permitting.
  • We will continue to monitor local and national guidance and update our procedures accordingly.

To submit your proof of vaccination for future indoor services and programs, see options below.

It has been a joy to see many of you already at our outdoor Shabbat services, and we cannot wait to be together as a community for a wonderful summer
